During the “Higher Education, Higher Rewards in Central Florida: United for Tomorrow’s Workforce” convening, nearly 100 leaders in education, business, human resources, economic development, non-profits and government came together to explore how increasing college enrollment could generate billions in economic gains.
 
Every percentage point increase in college and credential attainment in Central Florida strengthens the local talent pipeline employers depend on. Closing gaps in enrollment and completion means more residents are qualified for the jobs already open in our community, and a stronger long-term case for companies choosing to grow or relocate in this region. We're asking Central Florida businesses to see postsecondary attainment as core to their talent strategy.
